If you know Phillip Harms then you know him as the man who loves Jesus, his wife, his children…and yes he loves to serve. I met Phil last year for the first time and he was interested in what Wycliffe Associates was doing. He saw the technology and what it can do to accelerate Bible translation in the hands of mother tongue translators and he (just like Isaiah) also said “Here am I. Send me!”.
Since then he has gone to Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Cameroon to deploy needed technology and be a servant to national Bible translators. He has also been instrumental in making changes on how we deploy solar power in remote areas globally. Now that he is working full time with Wycliffe Associates, his work load is only increasing. We cannot do what we do without Phillip.
Thanks to those who have become prayer and financial partners with Phillip and Shelly. He still needs your financial support. Now is the time stand up with Phillip as a financial partner and say “Here am I. Send me!”?
